Cookie Queens from WY

Wyoming grows financially savvy, business-oriented Girl Scouts! Ten Girl Scouts sold over 1,000 boxes of cookies each this year, and we would like you to meet them. Remember their successful smiles. You’ll be seeing them again when they top sales in 2009!

Rachel: and her Dad braved the single digit temperatures bundled in snowsuits, hats, mittens, and snowboots to sell the cookies. They spent countless hours out selling cookies, including an entire afternoon in the cold when Rachel would not let her Dad stop and they only took one break all afternoon to "warm up" with ice cream. She was very determined!

Brittney:
9 years old from Casper, WY sold 1,151 boxes of cookies. Brittney increased her sales from last year by 300 boxes. She knows her products and can answer questions about ingredients, calories and carbs. While the thermometer drops below freezing, Brittney dresses in a snowsuit and trudges door-to-door in nearby neighborhoods making new and repeat sales.

Isie:
9 years old from Daniel, WY sold 1,056 boxes of cookies. She personally met with and sold cookies to everyone on her cookie sheets. She spent her day off from school walking up and down Main Street visiting with the towns people and sharing her Girl Scout ambitions while they asked her about the badges and patches on her uniform.

McKenna:
9 years old from Thayne, WY sold 1,119 boxes of cookies.

Savannah:
9 years old from Jackson, WY sold 1,134 boxes of cookies.

Alanna, 8 years old from Cheyenne, WY sold 900 boxes.

Rachel, 8 years old, from Cheyenne, WY sold 1017 boxes of cookies.

Dakota, 9 years old from Evanston, WY sold 1021 boxes of cookies.

Shaneann, 11 years old, from Gillette, WY sold 1006 boxes of cookies.

Jessica
, 12 years old, from Gillette, WY sold 1197 boxes.

Reanna, 12 years old, from Green River, WY sold 1008 boxes.

Emily, 9 years old from Laramie, WY sold 908 boxes of cookies.

Justina, 12 years old, from Riverton, WY sold 1,469 boxes. She is the top seller in WY.

Colleen, 9 years old from Casper, WY sold 1,076 boxes of cookies. She is the top seller in her troop every year since she joined Girl Scouts three years ago.

2009 cookie sale

Girl Scouts of Montana and Wyoming, by using the best practices from the three legacy councils, and top notch support materials from our vendor, Little Brownie Bakers, has put together a remarkable sales campaign for the 2009 cookie sale.

Our new cookie the “Dulce de Leche” is sure to please…while customers can still enjoy most of their favorites.

This fun and interactive program provides the funding needed to support local and council treasuries. So, go forth Girl Scouts, and have a great cookie sale season.

Always remember to follow safety rules as we begin our cookie sale campaign. If you have questions, you can always call your local council office.
